Our teams are present when minerals leave the earth in Obuasi pits, Rustenburg shafts, and Juba trading posts. They verify operator licenses, record GPS coordinates, and log batch weights before any movement occurs. This is where traceability starts no retroactive guessing.

We coordinate with SGS and local labs to collect samples at source not after consolidation. In Ghana, this happens within 24 hours of collection; in South Sudan, same-day where possible. Real-time data prevents substitution or dilution downstream.

Our field staff include former mine supervisors and compliance officers from Ghana, South Africa, and South Sudan. They apply LBMA, OECD, and EUDR protocols daily not as theory, but as routine. Their presence is the first line of integrity.

Unlike brokers who verify via email, we require physical presence for every high-value batch. If our team isn’t on-site, the shipment doesn’t proceed. This discipline has prevented 17 potential discrepancies since 2022 quietly, without fanfare.
